KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd presented three brand-new laptop computers to the management of the Junior Science and Maths Quiz (JSMQ) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
Donating the laptops, the area head of the Insurance Company noted that the purpose of the donation was to support JSMQ in promoting STEM education among Junior High Schools. He added that the laptops could be used to award prizes for the quiz competition.

On behalf of the management board, Professor Leonard Amekudzi, the Provost of the College of Science, expressed heartfelt gratitude to KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd. for their valuable contribution to the Quiz. He emphasised the significance of such donations in supporting educational initiatives and fostering a culture of academic excellence. He hoped that this donation would mark the beginning of a lasting partnership, encouraging other companies to follow suit in supporting the competition.

Also present at the event were the Registrar of the College of Science, Mr. Anthony Adjapong, the Chairman of the JSMQ Board, Professor Kwasi Preko and a quiz moderator for JSMQ, Dr. (Mrs) Augustina Annan Sylverken.
