University JHS Yartel Kubin, St. Nicholas Anglican JHS and Elmina Methodist JHS ‘A’ have booked their seat in the Nationals of the 2025 Junior Science and Mathematics Quiz (JSMQ).

University JHS Yartel Kubin booked their first seat in the Central Regional qualifier with 56 points. They triumphed over University JHS Albert Brown and Pedu M/A Basic, maintaining their seeded position for the national stage.

In the second qualifier, St. Nicholas Anglican JHS displayed remarkable composure to clinch the win, kicking out Ebubonko M/A Basic School and Greater Grace Christian Academy. Their victory also guarantees them a seeded spot at the Nationals.

Elmina Methodist JHS ‘A’ completed the list of qualifiers, joining University JHS and St. Nicholas Anglican JHS to represent the Central Region at the highly anticipated JSMQ 2025.
